I. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Abroadedx. By accessing, browsing, or using this website, mobile application, or purchasing any product or service offered through the platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy.

This Agreement is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000, generated by a computer system and does not require physical or digital signatures.

II. FEES & UNIVERSITY ARRANGEMENTS

Abroadedx (directly or indirectly) has arrangements with various universities and institutions.
The Company may receive compensation upon successful enrolment of a student, as per mutually agreed norms with the respective universities.

III. ABOUT THE PLATFORM & USE

1. General Information

  • Content on the platform is provided for general informational purposes only and may be updated or modified without notice.

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information for a specific purpose.

2. User Responsibility

  • Your use of the platform and reliance on any information is entirely at your own risk.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that services or products meet your requirements.

3. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including design, layout, graphics, text, and software, is owned by or licensed to the Company.

  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited.

  • No intellectual property belonging to the Company may be used without prior written consent.

4. Unauthorized Use

Unauthorized use of the platform may result in civil liability and/or criminal prosecution.

V. DEVICE & TECHNICAL LIMITATIONS

    • Reduced device performance arising from use of the platform

VI. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.

  • Direct liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service.

  • Certain jurisdictions may not allow limitations; in such cases, applicable limitations may not apply.

VII. COMMUNICATION CONSENT

By using the platform, you consent to receive communications via SMS, email, and phone calls regarding updates and services.
The Company shall not be liable if your number is registered under Do Not Call (DNC) regulations.

VIII. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and partners from any losses, claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the platform

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Breach of applicable laws

IX. ELIGIBILITY & MINORS

  • Only individuals competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 may use the platform.

  • Minors may use services only with parental or legal guardian consent.

  • The Company reserves the right to terminate access if false or inaccurate information is provided.

X. USER CONDUCT

Users shall not upload or share content that:

  • Is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or offensive

  • Infringes intellectual property rights

  • Contains malware or viruses

  • Threatens national integrity, public order, or security

  • We may suspend or terminate access without notice for non-compliance.

  • Outstanding dues, if any, must be cleared upon termination.

XIV. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

  • Courts at New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

  • Access from outside India does not imply compliance with foreign laws.

XV. UNICONNECT SERVICES

  • The student authorizes Abroadedx to act as their agent for applications and admission services.

  • Any previously appointed agent must be replaced with Abroadedx for these services.

XVI. SCHOLARSHIP TERMS

  • Scholarships are processed after university deposit payment and visa approval.

  • Amounts are determined based on profile evaluation.

  • Final decision rests solely with the Company’s selection committee.

XVII. INBOX & EMAIL SERVICES

  • Custom email IDs are created for application tracking and university communication.

  • The Company has read-only access for monitoring and updates.

  • No communication will be sent on your behalf without consent.

  • No personal data is shared with third parties without authorization.
